For this review we take a look at the family pack Breville Blend-Active Blender. The difference being that this one comes with 4 bottles, ideal for the whole family, two 600ml bottle and two 300ml bottles, of which are are BPA-free. You can then have smoothes made up for work and the gym for a couple of days and just keep them in the fridge.
The blender itself is a colourful bright and fun looking design, the base is made from plastic and it white, green and then grey, the green adds the colour and gives it a funky look. This blender is the same used in both the family and personal blender pack by Breville. It is quick and easy to use, with just one button to start and stop the blender. Just fill the 600ml bottle with fruits and attach the blade mechanism to the top and flip the bottle over fixing it onto the blender base by twisting to lock it into position. Start the blender off and then stop it once happy, then just twist to remove the bottle and flip over so you can take the blade mechanism off and attach the lid, and off you go. It is that simple.
The bottle design means it fits into most bike and car cup holders, is easy to grip and ideal for the gym. The bottle itself it clear BPA free plastic with markings on the side with measurements. The lid fits securely and flips open so you can drink from it. The lid, bottle and blade mechanism can all go in the dishwasher and disconnect easily.
Whatever we throw at it, it has blended and juiced, fruits, nuts, it chopped through them, it will even tackle ice too, perfect for summer smoothies to cool you down.
The bottles are robust and shatter proof, they took a battering in our testing and coped fine, no cracks or chips.

The model reviewed came in black and looked very sleek, the design of the Bugatti Vela Food Blender means you would want to keep it out on your worktop just for show as it looks to good to be hidden away in the cupboard like other blenders and also other kitchen gadgets. This product’s design is better than the other famous blender brands available in the market. The buttons of Blendtec not only make its operation simpler but also add value to the product’s appeal. Blendtec Designer 700 has a round motor base which gives it a smoother look.
I have used many expensive and inexpensive blenders in the past and always had problems with them as either they were unable to handle the pressure or the motor of that machine used to burn up quickly. I found Blendtec easy to clean, the machines does the cleaning by itself one just has to pour 3 cups of warm water in it.There won’t be a problem of blades getting sluggish and don’t have to worry replacing them.
The Blendtec is seriously powerful, can take the ingredients while running and that also help the mixture not to stick on the sides of the blender. An excellent product with fascinating benefits and has a good warrantee.
